RMA Request

It is preferred to call during business hours to obtain an RMA number as some products are not subject for a return process. Please call 1-866-45-STANG (1-866-457-8264).

Prestige Mustang will not accept any returns without an RMA number issued to you and the said number listed on the returned product box. Any product returned to Prestige Mustang without an RMA number will be returned to you, the customer, at your own expense.

There are no refunds on used parts, special order parts, or electrical parts. New parts must be returned within thirty (30) days and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
